The gate to the “Stalker” Theme Park is located in Narva, on the territory of Kreenholm Manufacturing Company. On the former factory premises and at the cotton warehouses of Kreenholm Manufacturing Company, the “Stalker” Theme Park creates a unique opportunity to exhibit contemporary Estonian art through the use of interim space. This is especially true for large-scale works, which are often difficult to preserve and present to the public in a dignified way in other parts of Estonia. Inspired by the “Stalker” movie and the ZONE, the adventure trail Stalker Artventure that combines art and science fiction stretches from Tallinn to Narva, accompanied by urban legends, pieces of post-industrial contemporary art, and highlights from film history.
